Harmanpreet Singh was always inspired to create magic with food and spices. This desire of his took him to the Institute of Hotel Management, Bhopal from where he pursued his B.sc. Hospitality, Hotel Administration applied Nutrition and catering Technology. What he learnt was further enhanced through his training at the star rated property Crowne Plaza, Chef Harmanpreet then joined the ITC Group of Hotels where his understanding of the food sorcery got further substantiated. After his stint at ITC, he moved on to join Gourmet Aura Private Limited, a premium catering service company. Chef Harmanpreet has cooked for events in Dubai, Abu Dabhi, Ras Al khaimah, Kazakhstan, Thailand and Vietnam to name a few. To top it off Chef Harmanpreet also cooked at the iconic Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Singapore. Chef Harmanpreet, Director at Gourmet Aura decided to bring to Delhi NCR the most authentic Indian Cuisine.

Moksh Hemrajani is the innovator behind our legendary Papaya relish which we now call an associating brand under the name of Papayeah. A fellow food enthusiast as well as an excellent chef behind the counter has worked hard to make this product possible and something people crave now. Still in class 12th being only 16 years old with a drive for culinary excellence, he uses his business inclined mindset and strategies for economic growth as an asset. He works towards the best and is looking forward to scale papayeah to another level.

A person who believes in identifying and pursuing opportunities without allowing risks to become barriers, Moksh Hemrajani has worked out a niche for himself in the F&B industry. Being a passionate food enthusiast, he comprehended the requirement for a versatile relish to enhance the flavours of any recipe. He strongly believes that even though we are up against insurmountable odds on our paths, what matters is that we keep moving forward. His passion and dedication is what keeps him evolving in his journey of being an entrepreneur at just 16!

We absolutely loved the place, the food and the service. Every dish that we had was delicious. Staff was super courteous. Approx 10% Service charges were included in the bill. Which was incorrect but we didn't contest since we liked the service.

Located in Vasant Kunj this place serves delicious North Indian food . If you are searching for scrumptious dal makhani and paneer makhani you should definitely try this place . In starters we ordered Paneer tikka it was so good and well marinated . I tried the veg biryani and it was so flavourful.
